Dear potential ETP Applicant,

Thank you for considering the Evangelist in Training Program.  On this website, you will find four forms – three recommendation forms and an application form regarding your participation in the Evangelist Training Program.  Also included is basic information about the ETP program.

The three forms are for you to hand out (one to your pastor, spouse, and friend) and one form for you to fill out personally.

ETP Information

 These forms will help both me and you in the process of deciding if God is calling you into this program in your life right now.

My request is that you would give these to the above named people and ask them to return them to me  when you feel the timing is right for you to enter the program.

Also, I have included a two page application which I am asking you also to fill out and return to me at the address below. I tried to keep it short!
