Services:
Small Groups Resource Person - assistance for churches wanting to learn about small group ministry through a consultation process; a resource person for churches with small group ministries already in place.
Training Available - Small Group Management Training - Practical steps for starting or coordinating a small group ministry including setting vision for the ministry, assessing the congregation and community, recruiting and training leaders, and promoting and sustaining an effective small group ministry.
Small Group Workshop- A six Hour Workshop designed to give participants a "hands on" small group experience. Topics covered include principles of healthy small group formation, basic small group dynamics, roles of a small group leader and why different types of small groups are needed in the church. The workshop also includes opportunities for the participant to dream, defineand design what their own small group might look like. A companion Advanced Small Group training are also available.
Everyday Evangelism Workshop- A 3-4 hour workshop that encourages your congregation to "own" the outreach focus of your church. Coffee Break Leader’s Training Workshop - a 5-6 hour workshop to train Coffee Break leaders Learn how Coffee Break continues to transform lives. This training includes 3 modules: Small Group Principles, Evangelistic Purpose and the Inductive Method of Study.
Story Hour/Little Lambs Leader’s Training Workshop- this 3 1/2 hour workshop trains Story Hour/Little Lambs leaders to bring little ones to Jesus. It gives organizational information and practical “how-to’s” for this vital companion to the Coffee Break ministry.
