Services:
Conferences – for small teams of ministry leaders at Willow Creek in Chicago or Saddleback Church in Lake Forest
Vision Implementation Planning (VIP) – a strategic planning process to help churches set mission, vision, core ministry values and ministry plans (brief and in-depth versions)
New Church Development– assistance for parenting churches to plan and develop a new church to reach new people
Consulting – assisting individual churches with processes to determine what direction to go and how to get there
Grants – short term denominational financial assistance for adding staff or other strategies which could be effective in reaching the harvest
Natural Church Development – assistance with a new survey designed to help a church assess and improve their life and ministry in eight essential areas
Evangelist Training Program – a congregation-based, mentor-driven program in Southern California to equip leaders who assist churches in reaching unchurched people
Focusing Networks – groupings of 5-8 pastors who work together to refocus themselves as leaders and their churches as outreaching congregations. Available in Southern California in cooperation with Church Resource Ministries
Assessment – a 3-day event or ½ day interview designed to help potential church planters assess their passion and skills for new church development.
