Services:
Identify, recruit, arrange training and develop Hispanic church planters who want to start 1.5 and 2 generations Hispanic or multi-ethnic churches. Identify, recruit and arrange training for independent 1.5 and 2 generation Hispanic or multi-ethnic churches and their pastors who are interested in joining the CRC. Develop and implement a training process for Hispanic church planters and affiliation. Develop and maintain a network of present and potential CRC 1.5 and 2 generation Hispanic pastor and leaders in Southern California.
