Services: 
Diaconal Development
1. Assist Deacons and Deacon boards to identify the giftedness of people in the church and their community.
2. Assist church leaders to identify the resources in their church and community to increase the quality of life.
3. Help church leaders develop a social justice dialogue and impact on issues such as education, housing, economic development, transportation, housing, and health.
4. Assist GLA leaders to create events and initiatives that identify people's giftedness and resources to engage CRC members in Kingdom work.

Christian Community Development
1. Help church leaders communicate a theology for community development that motivates CRC members to organize associations or organizations that collaborate with community leaders to improve life.
2. Grant assistance for individuals interested in attending CRWRC sponsored conferences that build skills to help people in need.

Pastor Development
Grant assistance to attend CRWRC sponsored conferences and/or visit church based Christian community development sites.
